Accessibility at Solys
Solys should work for everyone.
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Solys should work for everyone. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA in our iPhone, Android and web apps, and we test with VoiceOver and TalkBack.
What works today
- Dark mode, including true black for OLED screens
- Reduce Motion: when it's on in your phone's settings, Solys turns off animations and celebration effects
- Text that grows with your phone's text-size setting
- Increased contrast: when your phone's high-contrast setting is on, Solys raises text contrast
- Screen-reader labels on buttons and controls
- Text colors chosen to meet contrast standards
What we're still working on
- Descriptions (alt text) you can add to photos, coming in our first update after launch
- Captions on videos and transcripts for voice replies, rolling out after launch
- Better screen-reader support on the web version
Tell us about a barrier
If something in Solys is hard to use with your device, settings or assistive technology, email support@solysapp.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. Tell us what you were trying to do and what device you use. We reply within 5 business days, and we can help you another way while we fix it.
