You can delete your Solys account and its data at any time. Deleting is permanent.
Open Solys, go to Settings → Delete Account, and confirm.
Go to solysapp.com/delete-account, sign in, and confirm. Or email privacy@solysapp.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll confirm it's you and finish within 30 days.
Your profile, posts, photos, videos, voice replies, messages, circles you created, and your account login.
A small amount of information the law requires us to keep, such as purchase records (handled by Apple or Google) and content we must preserve for child-safety investigations.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings first.
